Answers to Your Questions

What should I wear?

For the welcome reception, cocktail attire is requested.
For the wedding ceremony and reception, black tie attire is requested. We look forward to celebrating with you in your formal best.

When & where should I RSVP?

Please respond by March 31, 2027. Guests may RSVP online or by returning the enclosed response card.

Is there a room block?

Yes! Room block information and booking links can be found on the Travel & Accommodations page when available.

Are children invited?

While we adore your little ones, only those specifically named on the invitation are invited to attend. We appreciate your understanding.

Is transportation provided?

Transportation information will be shared closer to the wedding weekend, if applicable.

I'm driving. Where should I park?

Valet parking is available at The Ritz-Carlton Las Colinas. Additional details will be provided closer to the wedding weekend.

What will the weather be like?

May is one of the most beautiful times of year in Dallas, with warm temperatures ranging from the 60s to 80s and blooming spring landscapes.

While it's one of Dallas' rainier months, showers are often brief and pass quickly rather than lasting all day. We recommend bringing a light layer and a small umbrella, just in case.

Will the wedding ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Our ceremony will be held outdoors on the Event Lawn, weather permitting. Should the weather be less favorable, we will host the ceremony indoors. Details will be provided if this is the case.

Our reception will be held indoors in the Grand Ballroom.

Transportation via golf carts will be available.

What time should I arrive for the Ceremony?

We recommend arriving 30 minutes prior to the ceremony to allow time for help with directions, transportation, and seating.

Can I bring a guest?

Only those listed on your invitation are invited to attend.

What if I have dietary restrictions?

Please indicate any dietary restrictions or food allergies when submitting your RSVP, and we will do our best to accommodate them.

Will there be an after-party?

Yes! Guests 21 and older are invited to continue the celebration after the reception. Details can be found on the Wedding Events page.

If you plan to attend, please be sure to indicate this when submitting your RSVP.

Can I take photos during the Ceremony?

We kindly ask that guests refrain from taking photos during the ceremony and instead be fully present with us in the moment.

However, we would love for you to capture your fun throughout the weekend and share it with us!

Our Story

Before Tori and Kyle ever met...

...Their friends were convinced they belonged together. After Tori attended a wedding with those friends, they couldn't stop talking about how similar the two were and how much they wanted to introduce them.

At the time, Tori lived in Chicago and Kyle lived in Corpus Christi. Tori thought little of the introduction attempts, and Kyle didn't even know she existed.

Shortly thereafter, Tori moved to Dallas. During her very first weekend in Texas, she met Kyle while out with the same friends who had been determined to play matchmaker. Their introduction was memorable from the start. Kyle arrived wearing his business suit despite having plenty of time to change before meeting everyone. Tori, naturally, made fun of him more than once. After one particularly sharp comment, Kyle joked that she should "take the knife out of his back" because she had already "put a dagger in him." And yet, they spent the entire weekend by each other's side laughing harder than they had before.

The two were inseparable from the start. At the time, Kyle was splitting his time between Corpus Christi and Dallas, but neither was particularly enthusiastic about a long-distance relationship. Before long, Kyle accelerated his move back to Dallas and ended up living directly across the street from Tori.

As it turns out, their friends had been right all along.

Although Kyle never considered himself much of a dog person, he quickly fell for Tori's dog Wrigley, and the three became inseparable. From walks on the Katy Trail to weekends spent traveling, dancing at EDM festivals, or simply relaxing at home, life together has always felt easy. As Kyle likes to say, "It's like we're the same person." Whether they're off on an adventure or enjoying a quiet evening together, they're happiest when they're by each other's side.

And now, they're excited to celebrate the next chapter of their story with all of their favorite people.
