OUR STORY
In the heart of Las Vegas, where the city whispers stories of unforgettable nights, our paths crossed at the beginning of 2020, in a way that felt effortless and spontaneous. With a shared love for music and adventure – we ignited a simple kind of magic that happens when two people just click. As we navigated through quarantine, our connection deepened with each passing conversation, as we shared our thoughts, hopes, and endless dreams. And then came Ashton! :)
From Tia: What initially drew me to James was his remarkable attentiveness. Amid our many conversations, where thoughts flowed freely, he demonstrated an extraordinary ability to remember every detail about me. Whether it was my favorite snack, go-to drink, or quirky references to 80s movies and Family Guy episodes, he not only absorbed these nuances, but he quietly took note, adding a layer of care to our connection that felt both genuine and understated. I fell in love with him almost instantly and knew he was the "one". Watching him become the best father only furthered my love for him in a way that I never knew I could experience.
From James: What first intrigued me about Tia, beyond her undeniable beauty, was the subtle way she showed compassion and her ability to be spontaneous in significant ways. In the early months of our relationship, she showcased a remarkable depth of care. On her way back to Vegas from a family trip in Delaware, she made a decisive turn in her plans and rerouted to Savannah, Georgia, to offer me a comforting presence during a family emergency. It wasn't merely an act of care; it resonated as a quietly profound demonstration of genuine love. As we navigated parenthood and collaboratively built our dream team, our commitment to each other strengthened our bond. After years of growth, there wasn't a particular moment in which I knew she was the one. Everything just made sense. Our last four years together felt like everything was supposed to be, and clarity set in for me. She was the "one".

AIRFARE
TRAVEL INFO
PUNTA CANA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT
You will need to book a flight into Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ).
While some flights for April 2025 are available now, it is best to book 5-8 weeks prior to travel. Arrival and departure dates are completely up to you and your party; however, we recommend arriving by Thursday, April 03, 2024, to be involved in all of the wedding activities from Thursday to Sunday, 04/03 - 04/06/2024.
AIRFARE RECOMMENDATIONS
Several airlines offer competitive pricing for flights from major U.S. cities to Punta Cana. When searching for flights, it is highly recommended to search all nearby airports within 1-2 hours from your home versus the closest airport to you. International Airports, tend to provide more flight options than local smaller airports. Several airlines offer competitive pricing for flights from U.S. cities to Punta Cana. JetBlue Airways, American Airlines, Delta Air Lines, and Southwest Airlines all provide the most flights to Punta Cana at usually the best rates. JetBlue often has affordable fares, especially if booked in advance. American Airlines and Delta offer many flights with competitive pricing, particularly for loyalty members. Southwest provides good value with free checked bags. For the best deals, compare prices on Google Flights, Skyscanner, and check directly with the airlines for promotions.
AIRFARE PAYMENT PLANS
JetBlue Airways, American Airlines, Delta Air Lines, and Southwest Airlines all offer various financing options to make your travel planning easier. These airlines provide the opportunity to pay in installments through Affirm and PayPal Credit. While options like PayPal Pay in 4 or Afterpay are less common directly with airlines, they may be available through third-party travel booking platforms, like Expedia. Be sure to check the payment options available during checkout to find the best fit for your needs.
AIRFARE TRAVEL INSURANCE
We highly recommend that you book travel insurance when purchasing your plane tickets. PLEASE NOTE: The Travel insurance that is included in your accommodation stay at Ziva or Zilara does NOT protect your airfare. Travel insurance for airfare provides several benefits, including coverage for trip cancellations, interruptions, and delays, mainly offering compensation per person for delays. It also offers protection for lost or delayed baggage and emergency medical expenses while traveling. Please reach out to Vic for any questions related to airfare travel insurance if not purchased when booking your flight.

All passengers entering and departing the country will be required to fill out and submit their digital forms through the Electronic Ticket Portal either before or upon their arrival to the country.
