FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 26: Welcome Party (Everyone is invited!)

🕢 7:30–10:30 PM
Drinks & appetizers provided. Dress for our Classy Cowboy theme. Stop by the hat pop-up bar on the rooftop!
SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 27: Wedding Ceremony & Reception
📍 Diamond Creek Farms (4777 Lickton Pike, Whites Creek, TN 37189)
🕔 Ceremony begins at 5:00 PM (please arrive 30 minutes early)
Attire: Semi-formal/cocktail. Women: floor-length or mid-length dresses encouraged; Men: suit (tie/bow tie optional)
SATURDAY TRANSPORTATION
Shuttles will be provided provided to/from the venue
2 buses will depart from The Graduate Hotel at 4:00 PM sharp (101 20th Ave N, Nashville, TN 37203)
Return options:
- 10:00 PM (early departure) back to hotel
- 11:00 PM (two buses): one back to hotel, one straight to Broadway for the after party

Let the festivities begin! Join us for a rooftop evening to kick off the wedding weekend. Drinks and light bites will be served.

With the rolling Tennessee hills as our backdrop, we’ll say "I Do" just outside the barn, surrounded by our loved ones
Please arrive 30 minutes early. Transportation to/from the venue are provided. They will depart The Graduate Hotel at 4pm sharp.
Cocktail Hour
Saturday, September 27th
Immediately following the ceremony, head just outside the barn to enjoy cocktails and mingle before moving inside for the reception

We’ve reserved a room block at The Graduate Hotel, in which we will be providing a shuttle to and from the wedding.

Update (as of 5/13/25): Our room block is now sold out. If you're still looking for accommodations, the Hampton Inn Nashville/Vanderbilt is conveniently located just across the street. While we don’t have a block there, rooms are currently available.

Our Story
All it took was two Chicago people moving to Nashville...
While both of us lived in Chicago for 5+ years, our paths never crossed there. In January 2021, Kolby moved to Nashville, followed by Therese five months later with her childhood best friend, Mary Kate.
Kolby’s friend Molly, who happens to be MK’s cousin, encouraged them to connect since they were both new to the city. A month later, Kolby invited MK and her 'roommate,' Therese, to a concert. Even though Therese and MK had planned a girls' night, they decided to change plans - and the rest is history!
The photo on the left is the first night we met on July 22nd, 2022, and the photo on the right is July 3rd, 2024 day Kolby proposed at his family's lakehouse in Wonder Lake, IL. After he proposed, he had all of our family and friends down the street, ready to surprise us.

IS THERE A DRESS CODE FOR THE WEDDING?
We would love to see our family and friends dress up with us! We are requesting semi-formal/cocktail attire for our evening.
For guidance, we encourage women to wear a floor-length or mid-length dress. For men, we encourage a suit (tie/bow tie optional).
IS THERE TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM THE VENUE?

WHAT ARE THE LODGING ARRANGEMENTS?
We will have a room block at The Graduate hotel, with a shuttle service to and from the venue. You can find this hotel listed under the "Hotels" tab. However, please feel free to stay where you'd like.
CAN MY CHILDREN COME?
While we love your little ones, we kindly ask that your children not attend the wedding events. We encourage you to use this evening as a 'date night' for yourselves!
WILL THE WEDDING BE OUTDOORS?
Yes, the ceremony will take place outside.
