No Alcohol
As per the contract with Wish Upon A Wedding non-profit organization, there is a strict no alcohol policy at this event - even if brought onsite by a guest.
The result could immediately shutdown the wedding upon discovery.
Please respect the bride and groom's contract with WUAW and refrain from drinking at or bringing any kind of alcohol on the premises.
RSVP date & Cancellations
The RSVP for this micro-wedding is due May 17th, 2026.
Due to the limited guest list placed by Wish Upon a Wedding seats are finite.
Although we would miss you VERY MUCH - we do understand emergencies can come up at the last minute.
Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel your "yes" RSVP to a "not able to make it", so we can fill your seat with another loved one - even if it is the day before the wedding!
What should I wear?
The dress code for this event is cocktail or garden party attire.
Ceremony and Cocktail Hour will be hosted outside in the grass, so please plan accordingly with shoe-ware.
Dinner and dancing will be held indoors - be prepared to get your groove on!
Can I bring a plus one or my kids?
While we wish to invite everyone for a grand party, due to the limited spots offered through Wish Upon a Wedding, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally listed on the invitation.
Please consult with the bride and groom if you have any additional questions.

Is there any special considerations for the bride?
We kindly ask that you do not wear any perfumes, strong smells or chemicals.
The bride is extremely sensitive and would like to be mask free and reaction free during this event.
Thank you for understanding the gravity of her situation.
And although Coleen loves big hugs, her body & bones are fragile - please be gentle (as she broke a rib just coughing earlier this year).
Also, please know the bride has lowered immunity due to her medications, we thank you for taking all of this into consideration.
Transportation to & from the venue
Please note that there are no shuttles to or from the venue.
Ubers are very unreliable when picking up guests from this venue.
Please plan accordingly and plan on other means of transportation.
No gifts required
Your presence is the greatest gift of all to us!
We want to spend this time with you, our amazing family & friends, celebrating with good food, a beautiful view, great music, & dancing! But, be prepared to "dance for your supper" with some comfy shoes ~ It’s a party after all!
