QUESTIONS?

What is the wedding dress code?

Black Tie Encouraged

Beano's Cabin requires footwear to be on at all times. Please bring your best dancing shoes!

How do I get to and from the ceremony?

There are two shuttle pick-up locations. Please review the instructions for the location you selected in your RSVP.

GUESTS STAYING IN BEAVER CREEK
You will take the designated Beano’s Cabin shuttle directly to and from the venue. The shuttle will depart from Centennial Station at 4:10 PM sharp.

If you are driving, we recommend parking at the Ford Hall Parking Garage. Allow yourself 10 minutes to park and make your way to the shuttle pickup location. Day parking is complimentary during the summer, however overnight parking is not permitted, and rideshare availability can be limited in the area, so please plan accordingly.

GUESTS STAYING IN VAIL
You will take Epic Mountain shuttles to and from the venue. These shuttles will depart from the Lionshead Welcome Center, located on the north side of E. Lionshead Circle adjacent to the Lionshead Parking Structure, at 3:55 PM sharp.

If you are staying in Vail Village, a free bus runs frequently between Bridge Street and Lionshead until 1:00 AM.

If you prefer to drive to the pick-up location, parking is available in the Lionshead Parking Structure. Entry is free after 3:00 PM until 4:00 AM. Please note that an overnight fee of $45 is charged for vehicles remaining in the garage between 4:00 AM and 5:00 AM. Allow yourself 10 minutes to park and make your way to the shuttle pickup location. To avoid overnight charges, we recommend using the shuttle service or arranging alternate transportation.

EARLY DEPARTURES
Shuttles will run throughout the reception for guests who wish to leave before the end of the evening.

Where should I stay?

Our wedding events will take place in both Beaver Creek and Vail over the weekend. The two are only about a 15-minute drive apart, so staying in either location works well.

For guests looking for a livelier weekend, we recommend staying in the Vail area. We also suggest that guests without a car, or those who would prefer not to drive, stay in Vail. Rideshares such as Uber are limited, and the only event in Beaver Creek will be the wedding itself, for which shuttle transportation will be provided.

If of interest, we have secured up to 20% off nightly rates at The Arrabelle, The Game Creek Chalet, The Lion Landmark, The Lodge at Vail, The Ritz Residence, and The Riva Ridge in Vail as well as The Pines Lodge and The Osprey in Beaver Creek. To inquire about pricing or reserve a room, please call the Vail reservations line at (855) 953-0197. Be sure to reference our group code 'SVLPLA26' and group name 'Brook/Plachy Wedding Lodging Space A' when booking.

Are kids invited?

Kids are welcome at the Welcome Party on Friday evening. However, due to space limitations at the wedding venue, we are unable to accommodate kids at the wedding on Saturday. We truly appreciate your understanding and hope you’ll still be able to celebrate with us on our special day.

Can I bring a date?

If your invite includes 'and Guest', you are welcome to bring a date!

What if it rains?

This is happening rain or shine! Colorado weather can be unpredictable, so we encourage guests to monitor weather conditions and bring necessary layers. If it is raining at the time of the ceremony, a short delay may occur. All guests will be able to wait inside while the storm passes.
