Act 1: Nice Nose
They met as any good ol' fashioned rom coms begin.
In a bar, in the wee morning hours, on a Thursday, after a show.
Paris had to be in class in 5 hours.
Matt had a 5pm date with a music video edit.
They talked. They laughed. They proclaimed themselves friends.
"You have a really nice nose." She said.
"What the heck?" He laughed.
"It's a good one. Pretty cute."
Act 2: The $5 bill
10 months later, 1 month after their first date, they donned their ugly sweaters and headed off to celebrate Christmas with their friends. After spending an evening laughing, talking and arguing about the best and most re watchable TV shows, they landed on a shared favorite, New Girl.
"I have to go get something." Matt said, before disappearing.
"What the heck?" Paris said.
15 minutes later Matt returned with a folder $5 bill.
Slapping it down he said, "I'm going to marry you one day."
She pocketed the $5.
Act 3: Its You & It's Me
3 years later Paris and Matt traveled to Japan on a work trip turned vacation.
Arm in arm they walked in the rain through the cherry blossom trees in Shinjuku, planning the next few days and laughing at the drug store umbrella that insisted on turning itself inside out every few seconds.
"Let's take some photos here." He said.
"Say less." She said
Passing the camera to Paris, Matt walked down the path a few steps.
"How about here?"
Paris lifted the camera, to pear through the viewfinder. She frowned, the beautiful cherry blossom garden has suddenly disappeared.
"You gotta turn it on, Babe." Matt called.
Duh.
Paris toggled the camera on and raised it up once again.
"This was a long time coming." He said.
"Big fat yes." She said
Until "I Do"

What is the dress code?
Be classy, but comfortable. No black tie needed! In fact, think spring colors, please no black dresses or suits. Consider bringing something to keep you warm when the sun goes down!
Please leave your favorite jeans, shorts, sandals and sneakers at home ;)
Can we bring our kids?
We love your little ones, but we've decided to make our wedding an adults-only celebration. Please enjoy this opportunity to have a night off with us!
Can I bring a Guest?
Though we'd love to meet your friends and loved ones, we're excited to celebrate our wedding with an intimate group of our closest friends and family. We kindly ask that only those named on the invitation attend.

Not really! Everything you need to know is on this site, if you can't find something, please feel free to email or text us. We're very happy to help, and so excited to see everyone!
Make sure to arrive early! At 4:40 the doors will be shut until the ceremony concludes. In the event that you do arrive late (it happens!), no worries! You'll be able to join us at cocktail hour as soon as the ceremony concludes.
