What is the dress code for the wedding?
The dress code for the wedding is Black Tie Optional. Have fun with it, Pinterest board below if you would like inspiration. Cocktail hour and reception bar will be outside, the ceremony and reception are indoor.
Can I bring a plus one or children to the wedding?
We have reserved space for those listed on your invitation.
We love your children but this is an adult-only affair.
What are the parking options at the venue and church?
Saint Spyridon Greek Orthodox Church has a free parking lot so no need to find street parking. Enter from the alley off Cypress Avenue, the lot is across the alley, behind the church next to the office building. Cars may not be left in church parking lot as the lot will be locked after the wedding and guests will not be able to get their cars until the next business day. Click the button below for a pin.
Please enter The Estancia from the the main entrance found at the intersection of N Torrey Pines Road and Pangea Dr, directions may try and direct you to the side entrance.
Parking rates reflected below are per car, per day/night. The Hotel offers twenty-four-hour parking for overnight Hotel guests with in and out privileges as well as day/hourly parking:
• Discounted Day Self-Parking: 0 to 8 hours at $20.00 (regularly up to $36.00)
• Discounted Day Valet Parking: 0 to 8 hours at $25.00 (regularly up to $39.00)
• Discounted Overnight Self-Parking at $30.00 per vehicle, per night (regularly $39.00)
• Discounted Overnight Valet Parking at $35.00 per vehicle, per night (regularly $45.00)
Uber/Lyft is available throughout San Diego, pick up times may vary.
Are there any accommodations available?
Yes, we have arranged for a block of rooms at The Estancia La Jolla Hotel & Spa. Please book your room by August 24th to receive the special rate. Visit the "Accommodations" section of our website for more information. Please email Nahomi at npoling@noblehousehotels.com to make a reservation.

There is a discounted room block rate for all room options at The Estancia, please ask Nahomi if you are interested in booking an upgraded room.
There are many alternative options in the area as well; Hotels (La Valencia Hotel, La Jolla Cove Hotel & Suites, The Lodge at Torrey Pines) and Airbnb/Vrbo.
I am staying at The Estancia La Jolla Hotel & Spa, is there transportation to and from the ceremony?
For those staying at The Estancia, transportation via bus is provided to and from the ceremony. The bus will begin boarding at 2:30PM and leave promptly at 2:45PM to arrive at Saint Spyridon Church at 3:15PM. The bus will return to The Estancia La Jolla Hotel & Spa upon conclusion of ceremony.
Is it okay to take photos during the ceremony and reception?
We kindly ask that guests refrain from taking multiple photos or video during the ceremony, as we have hired a professional photographer and videographer. However, feel free to capture all the memories during the reception!

Are there any local attractions or activities that you recommend for guests?

For those at The Estancia on Friday, September 27th please note the bride and groom plan to be at the pool during the day and there will be a Welcome Cocktail at the Greenfinch bar from 4:30-6PM. All are welcome to join!
