NOTICE

Please disregard the DAYS on our invite. While the date of our wedding (October 2nd) is correct, the DAYS on the invite were accidentally shifted one day. Our night before celebration is THURSDAY, our wedding is FRIDAY, and our brunch is SATURDAY.

Weekend Events

Wedding Eve - THURSDAY

OCTOBER 1, 2026

What: Join us for a welcome party to kick off the wedding weekend! We will be providing light bites and refreshments.

Where: La Petit Verriére

When: 5-8 PM

Parking: There will be plenty of parking at the château. Once you have parked, walk towards the château. Take the first right, walk past the pool and keep going until you see the party!

Attire: Dress as you wish — chic or chill. Note: The grounds are grass/gravel.

For anyone staying onsite, please arrive no earlier than 3:30 PM. Follow signs for parking, and make your way to check-in at the main château (you can't miss it!).

The Ceremony - FRIDAY

OCTOBER 2, 2026

What: An outdoor ceremony held on the grounds of château at La Clairiére, officiated by Charlotte Rolland.

Please be prompt! We expect our guests to be in their seats by 4:30 PM.

If you choose to drive, there will be plenty of parking at the château.

What: Following the ceremony, please join us for cocktail hour with drinks and hors d’oeuvres!

Where: Château Barthélemy back lawn

Dinner & Dancing

What: Reception with dinner, dancing, and late-night celebrating.

Where: La Verrière (at Château Barthélemy)

When: 7:00 PM

Bring your dancing shoes!

Farewell Brunch - SATURDAY

OCTOBER 3, 2026

What: Before you head out, join us for a casual farewell brunch. We won’t let you leave with an empty stomach!

Where: Château Barthélemy on the pool terrace (La Terrasse)

When: 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Attire: Casual

A few travel notes to keep in mind:

Check your passport early. Most European countries require that your passport be valid for at least three months beyond your return date — though six months is recommended. If yours is expired or expiring soon, plan ahead, as renewals can take several weeks.

Book flights as soon as you can. You’ll find the best fares and routes by booking a few months in advance.

Bring a power adapter. Outlets in France use Type C or E plugs (220V).

When should I book my flight?

We would advise booking as soon as you're able. Ideally before May 2026 to avoid price increases.

What will the weather be like?

Average High: Expect daytime high temperatures to be around 15-18°C (59-64°F).
Average Low: Overnight low temperatures typically range from 7-10°C (45-50°F).

For reference, on October 2, 2025, the high for the day was around 19°C (66°F) and the low was 8°C (46°F).
