Kaya has curated a selection of recommended hotels in Florence and will help guests select and reserve the option that best fits their preferences.
Important Note: September remains a high travel season in Italy, and hotels in Florence tend to book up quickly. To ensure you secure accommodations that suit your preferred location and budget, we strongly recommend reaching out early to reserve your stay.

Reservations made through Travel Domani are at the same rate as booking directly with the hotel, and in many cases may include preferred partner amenities such as potential room upgrades, hotel credits, or daily breakfast, depending on availability.
Round-trip transportation will be provided from a designated pickup location near the curated selection of hotels in Florence to the wedding venue. For ease and convenience, we recommend selecting accommodations from the hotel options listed below.
Guests who choose to stay at alternative hotels, villas, or Airbnb properties are welcome to do so, but will be responsible for arranging transportation to and from the designated pickup location or directly to the wedding and welcome event venues.

We recommend flying into Florence Airport (FLR) for the easiest access to our venue. Rome (FCO) and Milan (MXP) are also great options if you plan to explore Italy before or after the wedding. Please plan your travel well in advance.
What is the wedding schedule?
Our Welcome Party will be held the evening before on Thursday, September 3rd, 2026 at Angel Roofbar & Dining. The Wedding Day will be Friday, September 4th, 2026 at Villa Corsini. Transportation will be provided on the wedding day if you are staying in Florence.
What is the dress code for the wedding day?

Can children attend the wedding events?
As much as we adore your little ones, this will be an adults-only celebration for wedding day and welcome party. We appreciate your understanding.
Do you have a wedding registry?
We are so aware that many of you will be traveling a long way to be with us, and your presence is the greatest gift we could ask for. We won't be doing a traditional registry, but if you'd still like to give something, we've set up a honeymoon fund linked below.
