When and how should I RSVP?

Formal invitations will be put in the mail by April 2026. We will ask you to RSVP once received, with details on how to do so included in the paper invitation.

Are there any room blocks?

There are no room blocks, however we encourage you to book your accommodations as soon as possible to ensure availability. We will be staying at the Calistoga Motor Lodge and would love for you to join us, but we’ve also listed other options on the “Travel” page of this website.

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Dress code is Semi Formal Cocktail Attire. Below, we have included attire recommendations. May in Napa can be warm during the day, but chilly at night! Expect more dry heat than humidity. Evenings can cool off so we suggest bringing layers for once the sun sets.

Are children invited?

Due to space constraints on wedding day and also the adult nature of our wedding, we are limiting invited children to a select few named on the invites. This is just a handful so we appreciate your understanding that we can't include everyone.

Can I bring a guest?

The address on the invitation will indicate exactly who is invited to the wedding. Unless a guest is specifically named on the envelope, we respectfully ask our guests to not bring a "plus one". Thank you so much for understanding!

Will there be parking at the venue?

Yes there is plenty of self parking at the venue and cars can be left overnight until 11 am the next day if needed.

Can I take photos of the ceremony?

We are having an unplugged ceremony so we ask that everyone put their phones away during the ceremony to be as present and in the moment as possible. We will also have a professional photographer documenting the entire event and the ceremony photos will be best without any cell phones in them! However once that is over feel free to take as many photos as you’d like and make sure to share them with us!
