Thursday: Sunset train ride adventure: 6:30 PM - 9 PM. eat before, cash bar
Friday: Day adventure to Abiquiu, NM: 10 AM- 3 PM, BYO lunch
Friday: Welcome Party 6:00 PM, light apps provided
Saturday: Wedding Day! 3:30 PM Ceremony followed by Reception and After Party
Sunday: Coffee with the Husband and Wife- OMG!

Girls are WELCOME and ENCOURAGED to join Megan as she gets ready for the ceremony. Please reach out to Megan for schedule!

Ceremony will start SHARPLY at 3:30 pm. Please plan to arrive at 3:20 so we can start on time :)

The bride and groom (OMG! we're getting married) will take photos with their family while guests mingle on the front steps of the chapel.
After a big group photo (please don't miss this), we will all walk TOGETHER to the Reception venue.

San Miguel Chapel does NOT have public restrooms. The pizza place next door does for emergencies.

Train Adventure: Casual, come as you are! Train has an open car for scenic views.

Abiquiu Ghost Ranch Adventure: Dude Ranch ready or hiking attire depending on what you would like to do. Close toe shoes- it's dusty!

Welcome Party: Southwest Chic/ Cocktail Attire

Ceremony: Semi-Formal Attire. Dress to impress.

*Bring a sweater/ jacket as the evenings can be chilly.
*There will be a 1/2 mile walk from the ceremony to venue on Santa Fe's famous uneven streets.
*We tend to dress in shades of desert here. Comfort and layers are key.
*Wear sunscreen!

We have reserved the entire Palace Modern - a boutique hotel with 16 rooms.

We will have all communal spaces to ourselves. The aesthetic is 10/10 and luxury for the price is incredible.

Santa Fe is a high desert climate - warm and dry during the days and cool at night. June can be unpredictable as the 'monsoons,' aka rain storms, can roll in off the mountains in the afternoon. We'll all cross our fingers and toes for dry weather.

The ceremony will take place indoors. The reception venue is indoors, but is on a rooftop terrace with heaters and fire pits. We will have the doors open to take in the sunset and views. NM nights can be chilly- hello altitude- so bring a wrap or jacket for the evening.

HYDRATE!! DAYS BEFORE ARRIVING AND THROUGHOUT YOUR TIME HERE!!
Take it easy. Santa Fe's high altitude means air is thinner. It usually takes about 48 hrs to adjust.
Mind your alcohol intake. One drink is the equivalent of three at sea level.
Use sunscreen(!) and wear a hat. The sun is intense here.
Santa Fe's climate is dry, with sometimes less than 20 percent humidity. HYDRATE!! MOISTURIZE!! And bring some nose spray?

Reach out to Megan and Michael! There is heaps of amazing riding here - road, mountain, gravel. Altitude is definitely a factor, but the downhill mountain biking from the ski basin to town is a thrill. There is even a free bus shuttle with a bike rack that takes you from town to the top.
We can recommend some shops from which to rent and we have bikes to borrow.
SOOO many trails accessible right from downtown! Check alltrails/strava.

We can arrange child care for the night of the wedding or events so you can enjoy yourselves!

Venue has a hard stop at 10pm, as does most of Santa Fe- she goes to bed early. We will be having an after party at Salud, the bar at Palace Modern hotel until 2??? Cash bar. Light snacks available for purchase.

We are fortunate and beyond lucky to have a home filled with things we love. We have set up a cash registry for those wishing to contribute to our future life as Mr. and Mrs. OMG WE'RE GETTING MARRIED!
We will be honeymooning in Europe in July.
Oh and did ya hear?? We're HAVING A BABY- due in October.

Megan's Aunt Tobi Clement is a fine art Pastelist in Santa Fe who masterfully captures the ethereal light of the American Southwest.

Vegan, gluten-free, n/a options will be provided during the Welcome Party and Reception. Please indicate on the RSVP if you have any preferences or allergies! Reach out to Megan and Michael, too!

Parking in Santa Fe is so bad we need a whole section for it.

Our advice- walk or uber... or maybe go in with a group for a large capacity vehicle?

There is no parking at welcome dinner, wedding venue, or reception.
Palace Modern hotel guests are offered a parking spot in a garage nearby. Contact Jennifer Dent for details.

We worked super (SUPER) hard to make wedding events walkable from preferred hotel locations.
Ask M&M if you have more questions/ have mobility concerns!

WELCOME PARTY:
Please, please carpool/ uber. We just moved into our neighborhood and want to be considerate of the neighbors. If you must drive, please park on Santa Fe River Road.

WEDDING:
We will be walking as a group from Ceremony Venue to Reception Venue. IF driving, please keep this in mind when thinking about parking. There is a large parking garage at Reception Venue that may be best so you have your car after the party.

You won't want to miss the walk from the Ceremony Venue to Reception Venue.
