While we would love to have you at the Welcome Party, this event is optional and you are still more than welcome to come to the wedding on October the 10th if you are unable to make it on the 9th.

We would love you to join us if you able to for our pre-wedding welcome event. Expect cosy vibes with drinks and pizzas.

Please dress elevated smart‑casual or cocktail. We’d love guests to embrace relaxed but stylish evening wear. Autumn layers, great fabrics, and well‑put‑together outfits are perfect.

We appreciate that international travel will be required for most of our guests and would advise checking passport expiration dates (ensure valid until at least April 2027) and booking your flights as soon as possible.

London Heathrow Airport is the closest airport (50 minutes drive) to the wedding celebrations and the most convenient for international guests.

Visa: Some guests may require a visa to enter the UK. See the below details to check guidance depending on where you are travelling from.

WILL THE CEREMONY BE OUTSIDE?

Yes - weather permitting! Blankets will be provided

CAN I TAKE PHOTOS DURING THE CEREMONY?

We kindly ask that there are no phones & cameras during our wedding ceremony. Our talented photographers and videographers will be working hard to capture all the details.

WILL THERE BE PARKING AVAILABLE?

If you are hiring a car, there will be plenty of parking available as well as valet.

I HAVE STRICT DIETARY RESTRICTIONS, WILL THESE BE CATERED FOR?

Yes! We will have a variety of options to meet everyones dietary needs.

CAN I BRING MORE PEOPLE THAN I HAVE MENTIONED IN MY INVITE?

We must stick to a maximum number of people when it comes to fitting everyone in our venue so, unfortunately, we cannot permit extra +1s.

WILL THE CEREMONY BE TRANSLATED INTO SPANISH/RUSSIAN?

The ceremony will be in English and each guest will have a programme roughly summarising each section of the ceremony. However, there will be no translator on sight. If you would like a translation, we can send it to you after the wedding.
