FAQ
What is the dress code?
Our dress code is formal- dress to impress! This means suites and ties for gentlemen and ankle or floor length gowns in evening fabrics for ladies (please no white dresses or white base with patterns). Formal tops and dress pants in evening fabrics are fine for ladies as well. We encourage everyone to wear jewel tones and bright colors! We thank you all for getting dressed up with us.

Can I bring my children/a plus one?
No children or plus ones please. Only those guests named on your invitation are invited to the wedding.
Will transportation be provided?
Transportation will not be provided for the welcome party. However, the restaurant is just across the street from the Newport Harbor Hotel! We will have a shuttle service to bring people from the Newport Harbor Hotel to the venue on the day of the wedding. All guests may use the shuttle, regardless of where they are staying. Please note that the shuttle will only be picking guests up from the Newport Harbor Hotel and not stopping at any other locations. We encourage everyone to utilize the shuttle! Ubers and Lyfts are also pretty easy to get in this area.
The shuttle will depart from the Perotti park adjacent to the hotel at 5pm. Return shuttles will bring guests back to the hotel at 10:30pm and 12:00am.
Is there parking at the venue?
Yes, valet parking is available at Ocean Cliff.
How early can I arrive at the venue?
We ask that guests not arrive before 5pm.
Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony and reception will both be held indoors. Our cocktail hour will take place outside on a tented deck.
Can I take pictures during the ceremony?
We kindly ask that you turn off phones and refrain from taking pictures during the ceremony. This includes when the bride and groom walk back down the aisle at the end of the ceremony.
Can I send a gift?
We would greatly appreciate any donations to our Honeymoon Fund. However, if you would prefer to give us a physical gift, please use the Wedding Registry.
How should I address the happy couple?
We are so excited to become Mr. and Mrs. Morgan!

If the block fills up, please let us know so that we can add additional rooms.
We recommend this hotel because we think it will make a great "home base" for the wedding weekend - it's located right in downtown Newport with shopping and restaurants just steps away!
Transportation to and from the wedding venue will be provided at this hotel only.
