For women, black tie attire generally means a floor-length gown or a very elegant, formal cocktail dress.
Brandon and Latilya first crossed paths at a mutual friend’s house. Latilya noticed Brandon right away. But nerves got the best of her and she didn’t approach him. Their friend later reached out to Brandon about Latilya’s interest, and he was intrigued. Soon after, Brandon messaged Latilya on Instagram to learn more about her. Their connection quickly grew, and he asked her on their first date to Kickback Jack’s — and that’s when their love story truly began.
Latilya’s preparation for that first date didn’t go as planned. Her makeup spilled on her outfit, and her hair wasn’t cooperating (in her opinion). When Brandon arrived, he found her in a bit of a panic. But with warmth and patience, he comforted her — a moment quietly witnessed by Latilya’s mom. She observed how Brandon calmed her daughter. At that moment she had a feeling this could be something special.
After many dates, shared laughs, and adventures, Brandon asked Latilya to be his girlfriend on December 10, 2021. They enjoy movie nights, exploring new foods, playing video games, and cozy naps. (Fun fact: Brandon never napped much until he met Latilya — now, resting beside her brings him peace on even the most exhausting days.)
Over the past two years their love has deepened. On Christmas Eve of 2024, Brandon asked Latilya to be his wife — and she said yes!
They thank God for being the foundation of their relationship and trust that He will continue to guide and keep them through every chapter of life ahead.

No further invitations are accepted after AUGUST 1ST.
CAN I BRING A GUEST?
Due to limited seating, we kindly ask that only the guests listed on your invitation attend. We are unable to accommodate additional guests at this time.
Guests not listed will not be admitted by the wedding coordinator.
IS THERE A DRESS CODE?
Yes! This is a black tie attire celebration.
We kindly ask our guests to join us in formal black-tie attire for the elegance of the evening.
Gentlemen: A suit and tie are perfectly appropriate.
Ladies: A elegant dress or a dressy cocktail dress is ideal.
