We kindly ask all guests to refrain from taking photos during our ceremony and instead be fully present in the moment, as we have hired a professional photographer and videographer to capture this special part of our day.

The ceremony will take place at Chateau Gardens at The Chateau in Nemacolin. You can reach the gardens by passing through the entrance lobby and heading straight back through the Circle Bar. If you are driving to the ceremony location, please use Nemacolin's Valet Services or the Self Park lot.

Cocktail hour will take place in the Marquee Foyer, located in the building behind the ceremony. The reception will follow in the Grand Ballroom at the Grand Lodge.

Yes, the ceremony will be held outdoors, so please dress appropriately in case of inclement weather. The cocktail hour and reception will both take place indoors.

In honor of the bride, we kindly ask guests to refrain from wearing white, ivory, cream, or any prints and patterns featuring white backgrounds. Thank you for your thoughtfulness and for helping preserve the elegance of this special occasion.

The reception will conclude at 11:30 PM. For guests wishing to continue the celebration, a shuttle will be available at the Grand Lodge entrance to transport you to the After Party at The Peak, taking place from 12:00 AM to 1:30 AM.
