We have hired the Cove resort for the 20th - 22nd of September

We’re so excited to celebrate this special event with you! To help make it all happen, we kindly ask for a $150 contribution per guest to help cover the cost of accommodation and festivities.

What’s included? Two nights in a cozy cabin on the beach surrounded by beautiful wildlife. A BBQ dinner to kick things off, delicious food and flowing drinks on the big day, and a buffet breakfast to send you off in style!

We can’t wait for a weekend full of love, laughter, and unforgettable memories with our favourite people!

Each cabin will be hand picked by us with love! There are 13 cabins and 8 glamping tents available, and we’ll do our best to pair you with a close friend or family member so you’re comfy and in great company.

With 111 amazing guests to organise, we won’t be able to take cabin requests, but don’t worry, there’s plenty of space for everyone! Trust us, you’ll be comfy, cozy, and surrounded by good vibes!

The resort is a 25 minute drive from the nearest store, so we recommend packing some snacks and brekkie essentials to keep you fuelled! There is also a cute little tuck shop on site serving up morning coffee!

All linen is provided, but don’t forget your beach towel for those sunny swims!

Kids Free Wedding

We adore your little ones, but this time it’s adults only! Due to limited numbers, we’ve made the tough call to keep the celebration kid-free. Think of it as your excuse for a fun get away, time to let your hair down and celebrate with us in style!

Our wedding is black tie, so get fancy and fabulous!

But a cheeky heads-up… the bridesmaids will be armed with water pistols filled with red wine and they’ve got white outfits in their sights, so wear white at your own risk!

BBQ Night!
Join us on night one at the BBQ pavilion for a relaxed garden party! Think breezy, fun, and festive, garden party attire is the go.

Beach Ready
Don’t forget to pack your swimwear! The beach is stunning and calling your name

Sunday – Farewell Breakfast:
Keep it cosy, casual wear is totally fine as we gather one last time before heading off.

Note: All events will be held on grass or paved areas, and we’ll be close to the beach, so definitely pack a pair of thongs or easy slip-ons if you want to explore the sand or kick your heels off!

Welcome to The Cove!

We’re so excited to be celebrating at The Cove, a dreamy resort tucked inside Booderee National Park, Jervis Bay. Surrounded by breathtaking beaches and amazing wildlife, it’s truly a slice of paradise.

The entire resort is ours for two nights—no other guests, just us and all the good vibes!

What to Expect:

A morning yoga class on the day of the wedding—perfect to stretch, breathe, and reset.

Complimentary paddle boards and kayaks—go for a peaceful paddle or race your mates!

Love to fish? Bring a rod! The water’s full of surprises.

The kangaroos are super friendly (maybe too friendly)—don’t be shocked if one tries to cuddle or sit on your lap!

The final 25 minutes of the drive is a windy dirt road—watch out for potholes and low-hanging branches. Adventure begins before you even arrive!

National Park Entry
Since The Cove is located within Booderee National Park, all vehicles are required to purchase a visitor pass.

Pass options:
• 1-day permit: $20
• Concession holders: $10 per day

Make sure to display your permit on your dashboard when entering the park.

Parking

Due to limited parking at The Cove, we kindly ask all guests to follow the vehicle guidelines below:
• Glamping tents, 1- and 2-bedroom cabins – 1 car per site
• 3-bedroom cabins – 2 cars per site
• The Funhouse – 7 cars total

Only 33 cars are allowed on-site at any one time. Any extra vehicles will need to be parked off-site (e.g. Vincentia Marketplace).

To keep things running smoothly:
• Please only drive on the roads and paths provided (no off-roading adventures!).
• The Cove may charge a $150 fee for any vehicles that don’t follow the guidelines, so let’s avoid that!

• The Cove will turn away any additional vehicles.

A shuttle bus will be organised.

Sunday night – Welcome BBQ

We’re kicking things off with a classic BBQ feast!
Think: sausages, steaks, fresh salads, and more.
We’ll have a small selection of alcoholic drinks to get the party started



Monday – Wedding Day!

Breakfast & Lunch: Please make your own arrangements for brekkie and lunch — there’s a kitchen in every cabin.

Cocktail Hour: After the ceremony, enjoy a chilled cocktail hour with some light nibbles.

Dinner: All-you-can-eat taco stand!
Soft & hard shells with a mouth-watering range of fillings — beef, chicken, pork, beans — plus all the toppings you could dream of (yes, guac included).
And for dessert? Churros & wedding cake, of course!

Late Night Snack: Hungry again later? We will have a whole leg of ham ready to carve up with fresh rolls, cheese, pickles & condiments.

Drinks: A full drinks package will be flowing all night long!



Tuesday – Farewell Breakfast

Before you head off, join us for a buffet breakfast with:
Fresh bacon & egg rolls
Cereals, pastries, fruit
Juices, and so much more!



Tea & Coffee? Always.
There’ll be a tea and coffee station at every event, plus a coffee cart in the mornings to help you rise and shine.

Is Accommodation Optional?

We would love for all our guests to stay on-site with us for the entire wedding duration!

We’ve planned events across all three days, from the welcome BBQ to the farewell breakfast, and having everyone together at The Cove will make it all the more special (and so much easier for you!).

There’s a mix of glamping tents, cabins, and fun shared spaces, it’s cosy, relaxed, and so much fun. We promise you’ll have an unforgettable time surrounded by beautiful nature, great company, and plenty of food and drinks.
