What should I wear?
The Welcome Party on Friday is Resort Casual. We invite you to dress in a relaxed, yet refined style. Sundresses, skirts, linen or dress slacks, collared shirts, and dressy sandals are all appropriate. No need for jackets, ties, or stilettos—think chic comfort suitable for a wine-country celebration.
For our Ceremony and Celebration, we kindly ask that guests dress in semi-formal attire. For women, this means elegant cocktail, midi, or full-length dresses. For men, a suit and a tie is appropriate. Think sophisticated and festive.
Will we be inside or outside?
We will dine outside in the vineyards for the Friday night Welcome Party. We recommend bringing a light jacket or sweater as the evenings can get cool in the Napa Valley.
On Saturday, the Ceremony and Celebration will be outdoors. The Ceremony will be in The Arbor, Cocktail Hour will be in the Hilltop Courtyard, and Dinner and Dancing will be on the Vineyard Lawn under a tent.
Are children invited?
We kindly ask for our wedding weekend to be an adults-only occasion. We are so grateful for your support and can’t wait to celebrate together!
Will there be a room block?
We have not arranged for a formal room block. We encourage our guests to stay wherever you'd like. Please note, we will provide transportation to all scheduled events from the following hotels: Archer Hotel Napa, Andaz Napa, and The Westin Verasa.
Suggested hotels are within walking distance to the downtown area of Napa where you can find options for restaurants, wine tasting and shopping.
Will there be parking available on-site?
Both Brix for Welcome Party and Carneros Resort and Spa for the Ceremony and Celebration require bus transportation. Uber or Lyft are also alternatives. Self-parking at both locations is extremely limited and could incur a fine.
September is harvest season - the busiest time in Napa! Please plan for extra travel time, including long wait times for Uber or Lyft. We encourage our guests to use the provided transportation shuttle service to ensure a timely arrival.
Will a shuttle be provided?
Yes, shuttles will be provided to and from the Welcome Dinner and the Ceremony & Celebrations.

Do I need to rent a car?
If you plan to extend your stay and explore the Napa Valley, it is best to do so by car. Car rentals are available from all major airports.
There are also various shuttle services to Napa from the major airports that take approximately 2 hours pending traffic.
Ride share services including Uber and Lyft are available but please note, wait times can vary based on the time of day, especially during peak season in September.
What is the weather like in September?
September is one of the most beautiful months in Napa Valley. Days are typically warm and sunny, with average high temperatures in the upper 70s to low 80s, while evenings can cool down into the 50s once the sun sets. Rain is rare, but a light jacket, sweater, or wrap is recommended for the evenings.
What time does the Ceremony start?
Our Ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00pm in The Arbor at Carneros Resort and Spa. We invite our guests to join us starting at 4:30pm for a pre-ceremony refreshment. We can't wait to see you there!
Can I bring a plus one?
Due to venue restrictions, we kindly ask that only those named on the formal invitation attend our wedding. We appreciate your understanding!
