The Wedding Details
Doors open / Pre-Ceremony Coffee and Hot Chocolate - 3:00 pm
A local coffee truck will be serving a variety of drinks prior to the ceremony so come get caffeinated before we say "I do."
Ceremony 3:30pm
Our ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30 PM, and the chapel doors will close at that time. Please allow enough time for parking and finding your seat so you don't miss the start of the ceremony.
Cocktail Hour 4:15pm.
Join us for light hors d'oeuvres, an open bar, and time to celebrate while we sneak away for a few photos.
Dinner and Wedding Reception 5:30-9:00pm
Let's eat, drink, and celebrate! Dinner will be followed by dancing and plenty of time to enjoy the evening together. If you have any dietary restrictions or preferences, please let us know when you RSVP.

We'll be hanging out at Huc-A-Poos from **4:00–7:00 PM**, and we'd love for you to join us if you're in town! Feel free to stop by for dinner, a drink, or just to say hello before the big day. Food and beverages will be available for purchase.
Huc-A-Poos is a fun, laid-back pizza spot with outdoor games, live music, and a relaxed atmosphere—the perfect place to kick off the wedding weekend with family and friends. Come by whenever you can; we'd love to see you!

Is the ceremony inside or outside?
Our entire ceremony and reception will be held indoors with the option for outdoor activities/space to enjoy to cooler weather.
The weather in southern Georgia in mid-December is in the 40s to 70s.
Are children or plus ones allowed at ceremony/reception?
We kindly ask that only those who are named on the invitation join our gathering as this is a planned event for adults.
Where should we stay?
Please review the suggested hotels and links. We have a discounted rate for Hotel Tybee. Hotel Tybee is located approximately 2 miles from the venue. We’ll also provide a discount code for beach house rentals, which can be a great option for groups of family and friends looking to stay together and save on costs. Most importantly, please stay wherever you feel most comfortable—we’re simply excited to celebrate with you!
When should we RSVP?
Please RSVP before November 1, 2026. We look forward to seeing you all!
Will there be parking available?
There is a surplus of parking available onsite if that is what you choose. Because there will be an open bar, we suggest using Uber or Lyft.
Is the wedding really on a Sunday?
Yes! Due to the short engagement period, we have limited options on dates. We chose Sunday over Friday with hopes to limit the time off of work our friends and family would have to take.
What is the attire?
Semi-Formal / Cocktail Attire: Suits, jackets, cocktail dresses, midi or floor-length dresses, dressy separates, and elegant jumpsuits are all welcome. December evenings on the Georgia coast can be chilly, so consider bringing a light coat or wrap.
Most of all, we want you to be comfortable, ready to have fun, and ready for lots of pictures!
We feel incredibly fortunate to have each of you in our lives and can't wait to celebrate together!

Places to stay in Savannah
Savannah is about a 20-30-minute drive from the venue but offers more variety in places to stay. Downtown Savannah (the Historic District) is about 10 to 12 miles from Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport (SAV).
