We are so grateful for your love and support.

We’re fortunate to already have a home full of everything we need, so if you would like to give a gift, we would appreciate contributions toward our honeymoon or future adventures together.

Thank you for being part of our celebration!

Our Honeymoon & Experiences Fund

This is an easy way to gift a specific part of our honeymoon or future adventures (meals, excursions, flights, etc.).

Traditional Card or Envelope

For those who enjoy the tradition, we’re happy to receive cards or envelopes at the celebration.

Direct Contribution

If you prefer sending a gift directly, we always love a Venmo.

A Gift of Your Choosing

While we don’t have a traditional home-goods registry, you are always welcome to gift something personal or creative if that feels more meaningful to you.

FAQs

How do I get to Curaçao?

Well, first things first, make sure you have a valid passport!
Then, book yourself a flight to Curaçao International Airport.
If you're coming from JFK, there are regular non-stop flights on JetBlue.
Otherwise, there are flights out of Miami (American), Charlotte (American) and Atlanta (Delta).

How do I get around Curaçao?

We recommend getting a rental car - it's easy to drive and you'll want to explore the island! If driving isn't for you, they also have an app (24-7 taxi curacao) that operates just like uber. It's very reliable and safe! Trips cost about $20.

We recommend checking out the budget rental car located in the Avila Beach Hotel. It's busy season so try to book ahead.

Where is Curaçao?

Curaçao is a Dutch island in the southern Caribbean, part of the ABC islands along with Aruba and Bonaire. Just off the coast of Venezuela, it’s known for turquoise waters, colorful Dutch-inspired streets, incredible beaches, and endless sunshine.

Do I need a visa to travel to Curacao?

You don't need a visa but you will need to fill out a Digital Immigration Card within 7 days prior to your arrival.

How do I get from the airport to the hotel?

For those staying at Avila: A free round-trip (shared) Airport shuttle to and from the hotel is included in your booking. They can also arrange a private transfer for a fee.

Please inform them at least 48 hours before arrival if you want to use our airport shuttle service, by emailing guestjourney@avilabeachhotel.com.

What else should I know to travel to Curacao?

If you want to skip the line at customs, you can download the airside app for express service.

What should I bring to Curacao?

Don't forget your passport, bathing suit, a hat, and some reef-safe sunscreen!

If you like going to the beach, I suggest snorkel gear and beach shoes as the beaches are often a bit rocky! You can also rent snorkel gear for a daily fee at the Avila Hotel.

What is the dress code for the wedding?

Friday is going to be a beautiful dinner at our favorite restaurant. Guests are encouraged to dress in vacation chic clothing and if you need some color inspo, please join us in sunset colors.

For the ceremony and reception on Saturday, please join us in colorful beach formal.
