If you are traveling from out of town, we recommend flying into SeaTac Airport. From there the city is about a 30 minute drive north, where all events will be located.

Ride shares such as uber and lyft are the easiest way to get to and from the airport. The lightrail is also a easy and cost efficient option, but note this will take 45 minutes to an hour to reach the city.

FAQs

How do we RSVP?

When you receive your invite, please visit the RSVP section to formally respond and let us know your menu preferences, any dietary restrictions, and any special accommodations we should be aware of.

Are children or plus ones invited?

We kindly ask that only those listed on your invitation join us for the celebration. We appreciate your understanding!

Is there a dress code?

Formal Attire. Suits are highly encouraged for men and longer gowns for women.

Where should I park and how should I get to the venue?

There will be no parking allowed at our venue.

We will have a parking garage reserved at the Bush School, with shuttles departing starting 45 minutes before the ceremony, with the last shuttle departing 10 minutes before the ceremony. We ask that ALL guests please take the shuttles to the venue as it is also located on a dead end.

The shuttles will also depart the venue starting at 9:00PM to bring guests back to the parking garage.

What is the weather like?

In August, the Seattle area typically enjoys warm, dry, and sunny weather with comfortable temperatures and minimal rainfall. The ceremony will be outdoors, making the most of the beautiful summer season.

Can we use our cellphones to capture photos?

We have an amazing photographer who will capture all our photos, so we invite you to be fully present on our wedding day. Please wait until after the ceremony to take photos, and be mindful not to block the professional photographers.
