We kindly ask that all phones be put away — and left away — for the duration of our ceremony. This is not simply an "unplugged" request; it is an intentional one.
Our ceremony is a sacred union, and we want every person in that space to be fully present — eyes up, hearts open, and energy undivided. No screens, no distractions, just you, us, and this moment.
We have a professional photographer and videographer capturing everything beautifully, and we will share those images with you. Phones will be collected before the ceremony begins and returned to you after.
We are so grateful for your presence and your presence of mind. Thank you for honoring this with us.
Questions & Answers
Can I Bring a Plus One?
Our wedding weekend has been thoughtfully and intimately curated — a gathering of the exact people who helped shape us into who we are today. All guests were addressed individually and formally in their invitations. Unless a plus one is specifically noted on yours, we are unfortunately unable to accommodate additional guests. Thank you for understanding and honoring our vision.
Are Kids Welcome?
We adore your little ones — truly.
We have chosen to keep our wedding weekend an adults-only celebration. We hope you'll take this as a beautiful excuse to enjoy a little getaway for yourselves. You deserve it just as much as we do.
Will the Day-of Events Be Indoors or Outdoors?
Both — and all of it is magical.
Our ceremony will take place beneath the canopy of the forest, just beyond the clearing. Cocktail hour follows in front of the ethereal glasshouse, and our reception will be held inside the tent. We are manifesting a crisp, golden October day — and we think the universe will deliver. Please dress for a late fall evening in the Catskills. Layers are your friend, and we want you comfortable and cozy all night long.
Can I Wear The Color Blue?
We kindly ask that guests refrain from wearing blue in any shade on our wedding day.
Blue holds a special place in our ceremony as the bride's "something blue" — and we'd love for that to remain her moment. We appreciate your thoughtfulness and can't wait to see you dressed in all your other gorgeous colors!
