FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Where exactly is the ceremony and reception?
Both the ceremony and reception will take place at Newport Beach House! The address is 3 Aquidneck Ave, Middletown, RI 02842 — right at the end of Newport's main beach, Easton Beach (First Beach).
What time will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception start?
The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 PM — we recommend arriving by 5:15 PM so everyone can be seated and settled.
Cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing will follow immediately after the ceremony! The evening will officially conclude at midnight.
Are children invited to join for the reception?
While we love your little ones, our wedding celebration will be an adults-only event. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you!
What is the dress code?
We kindly ask our guests to dress in formal attire suitable for a seaside celebration! Women are welcome to wear mid- or maxi-length dresses in any color you like, while men are welcome to wear suits — no tuxedos required. Please note that cocktail hour will span across the beach, grassy terrace, or main deck — just something to note as you consider shoe options. Most importantly, come ready to celebrate and have fun with us beachside.
Is there a room block available?
Yes! Our main room block is at Atlantic Beach Hotel, located directly across the street from Newport Beach House. The room block is under 'Burgwinkle/Adams' and can be reserved by calling (401) 847-5330 or booking directly through the link below.
Alternatively, there are a number of other hotels, AirBnB's, and VRBO's in the area if preferred!
Is there parking available on site?
There is parking available at the venue for those who will be driving.
