Meet in the lobby of Trailborn Jackson Hole (previously Snow King Resort) to be transported to the designated site.
Ceremony time will be specified at a later date and will begin shortly after arriving. Standing room only!
LODGINGS
Trailborn — Jackson Hole
Reception will take place at Trailborn Jackson Hole (previously Snow King Resort) in the Fireside Lounge.
There is currently a Room Block at Trailborn under the Martinez/Magers name. Please check in with either Emily or Andrew for the Room Reservation link. Please be aware that the room block provided gives our guests a significant discount.
If flying to Jackson Hole, the Resort has transportation available to pick you up from the airport.
However, car rentals are attached to the airport if you would like to explore Jackson Hole and the Tetons.
Group transportation will be provided the day of the ceremony.
The Reception Feast

Trailborn—Jackson Hole Resort has not officially released their 2026 menu due to rebranding. Once received, we will alert those who have RSVP’d with the menu as well as updating our website.
For any persons with food allergens, please contact Emily by September 9, 2026 for an alternative meal.
