Meet in the lobby of Trailborn Jackson Hole (previously Snow King Resort) to be transported to the designated site.
Ceremony time will be specified at a later date and will begin shortly after arriving. Standing room only!

There is currently a Room Block at Trailborn under the Martinez/Magers name with a date range of October 5- October 13. So please stay however long you would like!

If flying to Jackson Hole, the Resort does have transportation available to pick you up from the airport.
Car rentals are attached to the airport if you would like to explore Jackson Hole and the Tetons.
Group transportation will be provided the day of the ceremony.
Reception will take place at Trailborn Jackson Hole in the Fireside Lounge.

Trailborn—Jackson Hole Resort has not officially released their 2026 menu due to rebranding. Once received, we will alert those who have RSVP’d with the menu as well as updating our website.
For any persons with food allergens, please contact Emily by September 9, 2026 for an alternative meal.

FAQ
Do we need to stay at the resort?
Ultimately no, you (or your family) do not have to stay at the resort. However, TrailBorn Jackson Hole has some amazing amenities and restaurants within. We cannot stress this enough, that if you and your family decide to choose other accommodations, you will be responsible for getting to and from the resort. If you do decide to choose other accommodations outside the resort, please let Emily and Andrew know ASAP to adjust the room blocking.
What if I want to change the length of stay for the room block?
As you can! The room link provided has a range from the October 5-13th. Please feel free to visit however long you’d like!
We might see you along a trail in the mountains!
Can we bring the youngins?
As much as we love and appreciate your youngins, please leave them at home as this is a child-free celebration.
Will there be an open bar?
Absolutely!
Can we take photos and videos?
We would appreciate if this would be an unplugged ceremony as we do have our photographer & videographer with us all day. However, we won't stop you from taking pictures but please do not post our day on social media before we do so.
