TRAVEL & SHUTTLES

“Traffic jam, got more cars than a beach got sand.”-James Taylor

Getting to East Hampton

You can get into East Hampton by either driving, taking the ferry, the Long Island Rail Road, or taking a bus (the Hampton Luxury Liner or Jitney are the most popular).

**Historic traffic congestion is expected due to the nearby PGA US Open Golf Tournament. Please note that this traffic is expected to begin around Wednesday or Thursday of the wedding week and continue through Sunday or Monday. There is only one road to get in and out, so traffic can delay arrival times by hours. Please plan ahead :) **

Shuttle Schedule

Below is the shuttle schedule for the wedding day. Please note there is no planned transportation for the tennis clinic, welcome event, or farewell brunch.

PICKUPS:

3:35PM Shuttle onsite at Montauk Manor - departs promptly at 3:45PM

4PM Shuttle picks up at Wavecrest Resort - departs promptly at 4:05PM

4:20PM Shuttle picks up at Roundtree Amagansett - departs promptly at 4:25PM

4:40PM Shuttle picks up at 96 Egypt Lane - departs promptly at 4:45PM

DROPOFFS: (after the event ends at 11PM)

11PM Shuttles drop off at the afterparty, followed by: Roundtree Amagansett, Wavecrest Resort, Montauk Manor, 1770 House and 15 Jones Road as needed.

1AM Shuttle departs for dropoffs at LDV Maidstone Inn, Roundtree Amagansett, Wavecrest Resort, and Montauk Manor as needed.

Note that we've timed our shuttles carefully to allow plenty of time to reach the venue - we are expecting historic traffic congestion due to the nearby PGA US Open. The shuttles are also are the larger side - this is to accommodate for a larger afterparty trip after the wedding day is over.

The Roundtree Amagansett

If you are still looking for accommodations, we have rooms available in our block at the Roundtree Amagansett. It's a lovely property within 15 minutes of the weekend's events.

If you're interested in booking one of these rooms, please email our wedding planner Carly at carly@apricityeventco.com and she can help get you booked.
