Guests should plan to arrive by 10:00am for the welcome reception.
We kindly ask that everyone be seated at 10:30am so that we may begin our ceremony on time.

Wedding guests will use a dedicated entrance at Phillips Gate (South Entrance).

Please note: Fairchild's general visitors enter through the Gift Shop entrance - our guests should not use that entrance.

Arrival Instructions:
Enter from Old Cutler Road via Phillips Gate (South Entrance).
There will be a sign on Old Cutler Road indicating the entrance for the Steinhardt/Ebeling Wedding.
A welcome sign will be placed at the gate so there will be no confusion upon arrival.

Driving Directions to Phillips Gate:
If you are driving Northbound on Old Cutler Road, take the second entrance on the left.
If you are driving Southbound on Old Cutler Road, take the first entrance on the right.

Once you pull in, you will park in the South Parking Lot, which is directly at Phillips Gate.

Additional signage will be posted on site to guide you.

Garden Tropical Formal

Our ceremony will take place outdoors in the gardens, so we encourage light, breathable fabrics and relaxed elegance.

For Men:
Dress pants or khakis paired with a button-down (short-sleeve recommended) shirt are perfect. Jackets, ties, and full suits are not required as we want everyone to feel comfortable in the outdoor setting. Lighter colors, linen fabrics, and soft neutrals are especially encouraged.

For Women:
Long day dresses (rather than formal evening gowns) in soft pastels, florals, or airy tones are ideal. Flowing silhouettes and light weight fabrics will feel most comfortable. We recommend block heels or wedges, as the ceremony will take place on grass.

Overall, think garden elegance with a coastal touch - polished, effortless, and suited for sunshine.

We have reserved seats for those specifically listed on your invitation. If your invitation includes a guest, their name will appear on your RSVP.

The brunch reception will take place under a covered terrace at AVA MediterrAegean in Coconut Grove. The terrace is outdoors but fully covered with ample fans.

While we love your little ones, our wedding celebration will be an adults-only event. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you.

Transportation will not be provided. Guests will drive from the ceremony to the reception venue.

The reception location is approximately 20 minutes from Fairchild. There is a parking garage adjacent to AVA as well as valet parking.

Miami in May is typically warm and sunny, with morning temperatures ranging from the mid-70s to mid-80s.

We recommend dressing accordingly and staying hydrated - water will be available to all guests during all events, including the ceremony.

For guests traveling to celebrate with us, we’ve listed a few nearby hotel options in Coral Gables and Coconut Grove that offer comfort, convenience, and easy access to our venues:

The Biltmore Hotel (Coral Gables) – This is where the couple and family will be staying throughout the weekend. A beautiful historic property and closest to the ceremony venue at Fairchild.

Mayfair House Hotel & Garden (Coconut Grove) – A boutique garden hotel in the heart of Coconut Grove and within walking distance of the reception venue.

Loews Coral Gables Hotel – A modern and centrally located option with convenient access to both venues.

We recommend booking early, as spring is a popular season in Miami.

Miami International Airport (MIA) is the closest airport to both ceremony and reception locations.

Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL) is approximately 45 minutes north.
