Upon arrival at the airport, the easiest transportation to choose is a taxi or a transfer service.
Please note that you cannot rely on Uber from the airport to Tamarindo.
Additionally, you can rent a car just off-site from the airport.

THINGS TO DO

SURF / SUP ON PLAYA TAMARINDO

Tamarindo Beach is a great surf spot and known for its beginner waves, which are also perfect for SUP (stand-up paddle boarding). If waters sports aren't your thing, you can grab a drink from one of the many restaurants nestled along the beach or pop into the boutique shops for a little vacation shopping!

PLAYA LANGOSTA

Known as one of the more luxurious beaches, Langosta Beach is a quieter alternative to the busy shores of Tamarindo.

RINCON DE LA VIEJA NATIONAL PARK

If you are extending your stay in Costa Rica beyond our wedding, consider booking a day trip to this national park — you can hike a volcano, swim in the waterfalls, and take a dip in the hot springs for a bit of relaxation. It is located a little over 2 hours northeast of Tamarindo.

RIDE HORSES ALONG THE BEACH

Take in the beauty of Tamarindo and Langosta Beach while riding horseback. Rides begin on the shores of Langosta beach and continue through the forest along the coastline.

ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED AT THE WEDDING?

Please note that our wedding will be adults-only. Although we love your children, regretfully we cannot accommodate them at the venue due to limited capacity. If you are planning to make this a family vacation and are interested in a babysitting service during the wedding and reception, please let us know and we will look into this further.

WHAT WILL THE WEATHER BE LIKE?

The month of January is Costa Rica's dry season (or summer) and temperatures typically range between 70°F (low) and 95°F (high).

WHAT IS BEACH COCKTAIL ATTIRE?

Think semi-formal / cocktail attire. Feel free to include floral or tropical prints to stay on theme.

For the ladies – dresses, fun pant suits or formal rompers. Please consider your material and avoid anything "casual." Dressy sandals, chunky heels and wedges would pair well!

For the men – slacks and a button down. Jackets aren't required, but breathable sport coats or fun blazers are highly encouraged! Please avoid jeans, shorts, jorts, and sandals.

We are working through the final logistics as our wedding date approaches, including guest count for our vendors, therefore we have closed the RSVP link.

If you have not previously submitted an RSVP, we have marked your response as "regretfully decline." If this is an oversight, please reach out to us via phone by December 4th so we can get it corrected. We will be unable to accommodate any changes or additional guests after this date.
