As part of our wedding party, join us for our rehearsal beginning at 4:00 PM at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church. Please arrive 15-minutes before the rehearsal starts.
Parking: Parking will be available on-site at the Church.
Following the rehearsal, please join us for a celebratory dinner at Sardella’s Restaurant as we kick off the wedding festivities together.
Entrance & Parking: There will be a private entrance on the backside off William Street. For parking, guests can park behind Sardella’s at the Bellevue Gardens Plaza, located at 181 Bellevue Ave, Newport, RI 02840. There will receive a ticket upon entry, and Sardella's will validate it for up to 3 hours.

Questions & Answers
What is the wedding attire?
We kindly request for black tie attire for our special day. For gentlemen, a tuxedo or a dark-colored suit with a tie. For ladies, we request floor-length or tea-length gowns.
Will there be a room block?
We have a room block reserved at Hotel Viking, which is under a 10-minute walk from St. Joseph's Church. The block rate is offered on a first-come-first-serve basis. Click the Information on Hotels button for more details.
Will transportation be provided?
For our ceremony, we are requesting guest to drive or walk to St. Joseph's Church. A parking lot is offered at the church, but many hotels are within a 5-10 minute walking distance from the ceremony location.
We will be offering transportation for all guests to and from our reception at The Glen Manor House. Click Transportation Details button for more information.
What is the recommended arrival time for the ceremony?
To ensure a smooth and timely start to our ceremony, the doors to the ceremony will be open at 1:30 pm for all guests to arrive and be seated before 2 pm. This will allow us to avoid any disruption to the processional service. We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to celebrating with you!
Will the reception be outside?
Our reception will offer both indoor and outdoor settings for your enjoyment. Cocktail hour will be held beneath the terrace, with heaters provided. Dinner & dancing will take place indoors in the Dining Rooms and Ballroom.
Can I bring a guest?
We kindly ask that only guests named on the formal invitation attend our wedding. Due to capacity constraints, we are unable to accommodate additional guests beyond those listed. If your invitation includes a plus-one, you are welcome to bring a date. We appreciate your understanding and support as we celebrate our special day!
Are children invited?
We kindly request that our wedding be an adults-only celebration. We ask that only guests named on the formal invitation attend.

St. Joseph's Church offers a parking lot if you wish to drive to the ceremony location. Many hotels are within a 10-minute walking distance.
Shuttle for Reception
We are pleased to offer a complimentary shuttle service to all guests. The shuttle will run between Hotel Viking and The Glen Manor House, which is a 15-minute drive from downtown Newport.
Shuttle service will be available to transport guests to the reception and back to the hotel at the end of the evening. The shuttle will pick up and drop off at Hotel Viking.
