Our Story
We met in college, thanks to our friends Sascha and Gaby, who thought we’d make a great match. He was in a fraternity, I was in a sorority, and we both needed dates for our formal events. What seemed like a casual outing ended up being the beginning of something much greater.
Over time, that connection turned into a love story that has grown for over eight years—a life built on love, respect, shared adventures, and countless moments that have helped us grow together.
When we imagined our wedding, we knew we wanted to celebrate in a place that reflects who we are. Colombia was a natural choice. This country represents a meaningful part of our roots, just like Cuba. Both lands are filled with flavor, music, history, and the love of family—all of which have shaped our lives and our relationship.
We’re deeply excited to share this moment surrounded by the people we love most, in a place that honors where we come from and the love that brought us here. Thank you for being part of this very special chapter in our story.
Celebrate with us
Medellin is the place where we want to celebrate the next chapter of our lives: our marriage with the people we love and who have been part of this story.

Weather
The temperature in Medellín ranges from 18 to 28 degrees Celsius (64-82 degrees Fahrenheit). It's important to remember when packing your travel clothes that it rains frequently in Medellín (and Colombia in general). That said, it will often rain for 30 minutes, clear up, and then become a beautiful sunny day again. If you plan to extend your trip by going to the Caribbean coast, it will be much warmer there. Conversely, if you plan to visit other mountainous areas, it's likely to be cooler there.
