Our hope is that the weekend feels easy and fun with plenty of time to relax, explore, and enjoy the area. We’re just really happy to share this place with you! Below you’ll find the details for the weekend’s events, and we can’t wait to make memories together. "Life is for the living" let's make this one heck of a party!

Warm-Up

Friday, June 5th 2026

6:30 PM - 8:00 PM

Join us Friday evening to kick off the weekend.

More details to come!

We Do

Saturday, June 6th 2026

4:15 PM - 10 PM

Our ceremony and celebration will take place at Pickles Sandbar and Seaside Pavilion. We recommend spending the afternoon enjoying Seaside - stroll the town and soak in the views. When you’re ready, make your way over to Pickles between 4:15 PM and 4:45 PM to enjoy an arrival beverage and live music before the ceremony begins at 5:00 PM.

Following the ceremony, the celebration will continue with a social hour, hors d'oeuvres, dinner, and dancing by the water. The evening is designed to feel relaxed, social, and fun. Please mingle, explore the space, and enjoy the setting as the night unfolds with great food, great drinks, and plenty of music.

Attire for the event is "resort chic." Think a vacation dinner at a beautiful coastal restaurant - polished but not overly formal. Summer dresses, linen, and light, breathable fabrics are perfect. Jackets are optional, and ties are not required. The setting is outdoors, we'll be on and off sand - so choose footwear accordingly.

Tip: Parking in Seaside can be tricky. We recommend utilizing a ride-share service.

Travel

Guests can fly into either of the following airports.

Destin - Fort Walton Beach Airport (VPS)
Approximately 45 minutes - 1 hour from Seaside, VPS is typically the most convenient airport. Many major airlines offer direct flights, and it’s a straightforward drive along the coast to reach the 30A area.

Panama City - Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP)
Located about 40 minutes from Seaside, ECP is another great option and often offers competitive flight options depending on where you’re traveling from.

Rental cars and rideshare services are available at both airports. If you plan to explore the area or stay in another town along 30A, we recommend having a car.

Where to Stay

There are many great places to stay along Scenic Highway 30A. Seaside will serve as the center of our wedding weekend, but nearby towns along 30A can be walkable, bikeable, or a short drive away.

If you’re looking for something close to the wedding events, we recommend staying in Seaside, Seagrove Beach (public beach access) or Grayton Beach (public beach access). Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach are beautiful, iconic to the area, a bit quieter, and about a 20 min drive to Seaside.

Vacation rentals are very common along the 30A and can be found through sites like VRBO and Airbnb, while several boutique hotels are also available.

Wherever you choose to stay, we encourage you to enjoy the beauty and explore the charming beach towns along the way.

We've listed a few places below at varying price points to get you started.

The Lodge 30A / Seagrove Beach

Room Block linked below. Deadline is May 2nd!

It’s a great option for couples or small groups who may want to share a larger residence, and guests can enjoy the pool, private beach access, and walkable coffee, shopping, and dining nearby.

VRBO

Team up with family or friends to enjoy a full home. Many properties have private pools, bikes, and even golf carts.

Home2 Suites by Hilton – Santa Rosa Beach

An off the beach option, Home2 Suites in Santa Rosa Beach is a hotel option located about 20 min from Seaside.

For guests staying here who want to enjoy the beach, we recommend Grayton Beach for its easy public beach access. We love Black Bear Coffee and Chiringo!

Ambrosia – 30Avenue (Inlet Beach)

Excellent steak dinner option off the beach. We recommend grabbing a seat in the bar area.

Casual Dinner w/ Dawson Group Restaurants

The Dawson Group operates several great restaurants across 30A, from casual bites to beautiful sunset dinners. Spots like Bud & Alley’s, Great Southern Café, and Old Florida Fish House are longtime local favorites and great options throughout the weekend.

E-Bike 30a

Rent an e-bike and cruise along Scenic Highway 30A — one of the best ways to sightsee and skip the traffic. The paved coastal path connects many of the beach towns, making it easy to ride from Seaside to Grayton Beach and beyond. Take in the views along the way!

FAQ

Dress Code

What should I wear?

Attire for the event is "resort chic". Think a vacation dinner at a beautiful coastal restaurant - polished but not overly formal. Summer dresses, linen, and light, breathable fabrics are perfect. Jackets are optional, and ties are not required. Yes, uncles, you can wear a Hawaiian shirt!

The setting is outdoors, with time on sand and wood surfaces, so we recommend choosing footwear accordingly. Ladies, block heels, wedges, or flats may be easier to navigate.

Temps in early June on the coast will be around 80/85 degrees with the sun setting around 7:45 PM.

Kiddos

We adore your kids, but we’ve chosen to make this an adults-only celebration. We hope you’re able to treat the weekend as a little getaway and fully enjoy the time away!
