THE LOEWS HOTEL
Loews is home to the iconic PSFS Building, a historical landmark in the city of Philadelphia. We felt it was the perfect place to celebrate our love for this city and host our wedding in a location rich with culture and history—the city where we met! As one of the nation's first modern skyscrapers, it holds a special place in architectural history and is conveniently located within walking distance of the Reading Terminal Market, Independence Hall, the Philadelphia Museum of Art, and the Wanamaker Building.
The Loews Hotel will be hosting all our events for the big day! For booking, please use our discount code (TSW912). We have a room block until 8/18/2025 - after this date, all rooms will not be guaranteed.
TRANSPORTATION
By Car
If you are traveling by car, valet parking is available at a discounted rate at the hotel.
There are a variety of ways to get into downtown Philadelphia from the airport, including Lyft or Uber, taxis, or public transportation. It's typically about a 15–30 minute trip from the airport to downtown.
By Train
Philadelphia's 30th Street Station is a major hub for Amtrak, regional rail, and SEPTA services. Trains connect Philadelphia with major cities like New York, Washington, D.C., and Boston. The station is located in the heart of the city, making it a convenient option for guests arriving by train.
By Plane
We recommend flying into Philadelphia International Airport (PHL), which is the closest airport to the city and just 15–30 minutes from downtown.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE TO THE CEREMONY?
We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before the official ceremony start time of 6:00 PM so you can settle before the proceedings.
ARE CHILDREN WELCOME?
We have decided to keep our celebrations an adult only (18+) event. We encourage our friends and family to use this event as a fun night out!
WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?
We would love to see everyone dressed up! We are requesting semi-formal attire for our wedding. This includes any length dresses or pantsuits for women, and suits for men with tie optional.
CAN I BRING A DATE?
We kindly ask that only those named on the formal invitation envelopes to attend. It will be indicated on your invitation if you may bring a plus one.
WILL THERE BE AN OPEN BAR?
Yes! Our bar will be open for 5 hours. We want you to enjoy a variety of drinks - and specialty cocktails! All we ask is to please plan for accommodations to get home safely if you are not staying in the city.
PARKING
Loews is allowing guests to pay a reduced cost for parking during the wedding. The day of event parking is $29, and overnight parking is $49.
Philadelphia also has numerous public parking garages that offer overnight parking.
Proceed through the intersection of 12th & Market Street and Loews Valet Parking will be on your right-hand side.

Kindly RSVP for all guests listed on your invitation by July 1st, or at the latest August 1st, 2025. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!
