The discounted rate is an all-inclusive room rate and includes 1 private roundtrip airport transfer per room reservation.
No deposit is required to reserve your room! All the reservations booked under the promo code will be charged in full, thirty (30) days before each arrival date to the credit card provided during booking.

Complimentary airport transportation from Cancún International Airport (CUN) is included for guests who book directly through the resort for stays of three nights or longer.
Maximum Adult Capacity in any room is 3.
Excellence Club are Adult Only rooms and have a Maximum Capacity of 2.
The Largest Rooms are the Family Suites which only hold a Maximum Capacity of 5 people. ( 3 Adults 2 Children Max or 2 Adults 3 Children Max)
The Child Rate applies to Ages 4-12 / Under 4 is FREE but will count towards the capacity of the room.
Minimum Double Occupancy of 2 Adults MUST be met before the Child Rate kicks in.
For Guests Staying Off Property
Because our celebration is taking place at an all-inclusive resort, Finest Playa Mujeres requires a wedding event pass for guests who are not staying at the resort.
The pass is $100 USD per guest, or $75 USD per guest for those staying at a sister property within The Excellence Collection, and provides access to the resort and wedding events for up to five hours.
The resort limits the number of off-site guests permitted and requires their names in advance, so we kindly recommend staying at Finest Playa Mujeres for the most seamless experience.

Getting there
CANCUN AIRPORT
The nearest airport is Cancun International Airport (CUN).
From there, it’s a short 30–40 minute ride to Finest Playa Mujeres.
We recommend booking your flights to arrive at least 2 days before the wedding on
June 20, 2026 to give yourself time to settle in and enjoy the resort.
Additionally, we recommend to book directly through the airline to avoid any headaches should your flights be delayed or cancelled for any reason. Check Google Flights, Hopper, Expedia or Kayak to find the best flight deals and then book through the airline. You can even set a price alert to notify you when prices drop!

After booking your room, you’ll get a confirmation email with a link to schedule your free round-trip airport transfer. Once you book your flights, use that same link to add your travel details. We suggest scheduling at least 30 days before your trip.
Important: All guests on each room reservation must arrive and depart
at the same time for the transfer to apply.
Passports
Make sure you have your passport with you and double check that it is up to date! Kids, even babies, also require a passport. If you don’t have a passport and need to apply for one do it sooner rather than later (trust us on this one). Passports can take at least 3 months to arrive and can even take a month just to get an appointment to apply. Make sure to check your passport's expiration date - it must be valid for 6 months after your anticipated return date.
