What is the dress code?

The ceremony and reception dress code is black-tie optional. For men, a tuxedo or dark suit and tie, and for women, a gown or formal floor length dress.

Is the event indoors or outdoors?

Both! The ceremony and dancing will be indoors. Cocktail hour and dinner will be held outdoors under a tent.

Can I bring a guest?

All guests will be specified by name on the invitations. Besides these named attendees, there is no availability for additional guests.

Is there parking at the venue?

Yes, you can valet your vehicle at Green Pastures.

Our Story

Alana and Carson’s story begins in their earliest memories of childhood, when Alana met her first best friend, Codi Clark. Through time spent with the Clark’s, Alana was introduced to Codi’s cousin, Carson. About 15 years later, Alana and Carson were reunited when Carson moved to Austin. Naturally, Codi was the first to let Alana know that Carson was moving to her city. Plans were made, and Carson showed up at Alana’s condo so they could grab dinner and catch up…only for Alana to be asleep when he arrived! Not yet ready to call the night a bust, Carson waited at a nearby bar for Alana to respond. Eventually, Alana awoke from her nap and the two had a successful reunion over Patrizi’s pasta. Over the following year, Alana introduced Carson to her colorful cast of friends, made memories all across Austin, and on Valentine’s Day in 2023, the two had their first official “date.” They have fallen more in love with each other every day since then.
