Timeline
The Ceremony
The ceremony will be held at 4:30 in the afternoon on hole 7.
There will be signage to direct you to the ceremony space. Please make sure to arrive early and wear footwear you are able to walk in the grass in.
Cocktail Hour
5:00 - 6:00 pm
Immediately following the ceremony back up at the clubhouse.
Champagne and appetizers will be offered.
Reception
Dinner will be served at 6:30 followed by speeches, dancing, drinks into the evening.

What time should I arrived?
our ceremony begins at 4:30 p.m., and we encourage guests to arrive by 4:00 p.m. so you can take your time parking and making your way to the ceremony space.
Can I bring my kids or a plus one?
If a +1 or your little ones were listed on the invitation, they are welcome to attend!
Is there a dress code?
we want everyone to feel comfortable — so please wear whatever you like. we ask that you avoid thin heels as the venue is at a golf course and we don't want to damage to grass, also it would be difficult to walk in.
as the Yukon air can carry a chill, especially after sunset, you may want to bring extra layers to stay warm and comfortable.
Is the wedding outside?
Yes, the ceremony is outside followed by a reception in a tent.
Is there a gift registry?
NO! — your presence in our lives and on our wedding day is more than enough.
Will there be transportation?
Yes! There will be a shuttle service to and from the venue. Stay tuned for more details on this.
What does the bar look like?
Wine will be provided and drinks will be available at the bar with cash or credit.
